Olympics

Author: Man what a week it’s been for us Olympic fans, eh? I’ve been keeping tabs on the medal count just like everyone. It’s definitely been a memorable winter olympics so far.
Just about every night I’ve had my big screen television fired up and my directtv satellite tv delivering the footage as sharp as possible. Which makes watching my favorite olympic sport, Hockey, that much more enjoyable.
The saga between the race to the gold medal between America and Canada has been something only dreamed up in Hollywood scripts. The underdog showing up the veteran and favorite of the competition. Truly what the Olympics are about, don’t you agree?
I just watched Team USA dominate the Finland team 6-1.. And thanks to my directv hd dvr package, I sat with my sons and re-watched all 6 American goals and we collectively voted on what the best looking goal was.
We must have caused who knows how much erosion on the DirectTV remote from hitting pause, rewind and play so many times. But it was definitely well worth it.
