When I see something that is going on in the office or that need to be changed, I speak up.  This is something that may be good or bad.  However, I take the chance because I believe that there may need to be changes to create a better work environment and to make sure that it is all done to improve things and not to make them worse.  Giving advice is something that anyone can do and it is an opinion so it does not have to necessarily be done just because a person believes it.

There are going to be times when you will want to focus on something other than your pride. You ma y be able to do a good job, but you may lack technique and so on. You may just find that there are things that you cannot do because you are not familiar with the work. You will find that if you allow someone to come over and help you you’ll be able to get the work done and on time, but your co-workers will see you as more workable.

The thing is that when you refuse the help of a co-worker you will make them feel bad, and then there will be tension. You will want to do everything you can to keep your relationships with your co-workers solid. However, there are times when they will offer help, but you may not feel like you need it because you will be able to handle it on your own. You will find that you can be more direct with an aggressive person, rather than a passive person. This is very important because you want to take their feelings in account when you are trying to make a point. You will want to pull them aside and ask them about what is going on. You might just have given them the wrong vibe and now there are on the defense. You may also find that there are things like your feelings that should be talked. Just tell them that you don’t appreciate their bossy qualities, but that they are a good worker, but you would rather them just get off your back on the small things (which pushy people are well-known for). You will want to set a time period that you will be able to take a break and that is when you can leave the work behind for a few minutes. You will find that there are plenty of things that you can do to use your time wisely, but you have to be able to focus. Focus is the key to using your time wisely and to get everything done.

There are a lot of people who will make a great impression on the boss and they get more projects to do, because they know how to get the job done and on time. However, there are times where you are going to find projects that do not fit into your skill range. You will find that it is so hard to say no, but you have to realize that there are so many things that can do wrong. You might end up ruining your career.

First, you have to look at your image. You don’t take anything that you don’t feel confident about. You will notice that the reason why they like to give you projects is because you know how to do things, what to do, and do it proficiently on time. If you don’t know how to do something, that will ruin the image that they have of you. If you don’t get it done on time because you aren’t qualified to do it, you will want to tell them that because it won’t get done on time. To tell them how no, you will just want to explain your credentials and explain what you would need to do to get the job done. If they still want you to do it, and then just explain to them that you will need to have a team to help you out so that you can have all the skills needed to get the job done.

There are things that you are going to have to deal with on your own and take control of even though there is no book that will tell you want to do.  Having common sense is one of the best things that you can use when you are trying to make your way to the top in life.  The only thing that you have to make sure of is that you think about it first and then come up with the best answer possible in the end.

One of the things that you might have to do; to keep your license to teacher, legally represent, or even get a promotion, is to continue your education.

There are many people who will consider being a full time student. You will want to take this as a compliment because you are really doing something with your life. Not only do you have to learn all through out life, but you have to make something out of the knowledge. What is the point of knowing something if you don’t use it?  You will find that there are a lot of things that you can gain from working smarter and by getting the education that you need to move further up the cooperate ladder, but also with pay and benefits.
