Ack! Getting Older!
This whole getting older thing is not for youngsters! Where the heck did I park my car? My best memory trick (well, my only good one, lol) is to always park in the same spot at the mall or Walmart or Target. Really, you could be a few spaces away, but you will definitely find your vehicle! But did you know that simple memory loses like these could actually be the result of arterial blockage? Scary, but very possibly true.Â
EDTA chelation therapy might be just what you need. It’s possible that you might have hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or yuck, coronary artery disease. Yes, I completely get it that we are far too young for such miseries, but when I can’t find my car it all begins to make sense. Not to mention the out of breath stuff while you (erp, I mean me!) are looking for that car!Â
Yes, proper diet and exercise are definitely the start. Unfortunately, those changes alone can’t always solve our problems. One effective solution is a chelation therapy program.  Chelation (pronounced key-LAY-shun) is the use of EDTA to bind molecules, such as metals or minerals, and “chelate”, or remove, them from the body. In other words, it removes the bad stuff. Which is good!

Alina, memory losses come from not sleeping
Get more sleep and relax a bit and they will go away.

It is a lot of work to get a proper diet and exercise when most of my time is spent running kids from one sports practice to another. Were on the road so much in order to eat many times it is drive through. UGH!

These are simple tips yet so effective to lessen ailments of the body. Yoga is one of the good stress busting exercise. But first consult your health care provider before doing it.

To become happy:Remember how to play.
I’m not referring to playing a round of golf or a set of tennis. I’m talking about playing like you did when you were a child – a game of tag; leap frog, or street baseball when the bat is a broken broom handle and the bases are the parked cars. One way to find or maintain your happiness is to remember the kid you were and play!
