Become a friend to stress and watch how it becomes a friend to you. Strain is often placed on the mind when stress occurs, simply because the person does not weigh out consequences, facts, ideas, reality, and the like. If you continue to strain the mind, you will find many times in your life when you feel anxious or panicky.

Overall, you must understand that it is impossible to get rid of anxiety and panic, however it is possible to minimize the experiences. Still, you have to open that unconstructive mind and allow it to explore the possibilities.

If you go around telling self that you will never discover who you are, thus expect never, since likely you will not discover. Thus, tell your mind that you want to discover new ideas that can help you to eliminate anxiety and panic and watch how the mind responds.
