Using soaps and gels in a hot tub of water is very relaxing. These come in many different shapes and smell for you to take your pick from. Lavender is a good fragrance to use for relaxation. It doesn’t really matter what the shape or smell is if you like and it’s does the job than use whatever you want.

If you decide to use oils, you can get two different kinds. One of these oils can be burned in a potpourri pot. You can find the electric pots or the tea candles, which you can heat.  The pot is made to heating the oil to bring out the aromatherapy. Relaxation feelings are great when you walk into a room and smell the great relaxing smells floating around.  You can purchase this oil in a variety of different smells to suit you needs.

You can buy bath oils to give you the aroma as well as soft skin. Making your skin smooth with relaxation makes persons self-esteem jump high when they touch themselves and it doesn’t feel like sandpaper. Soften up and relax at the same time by using aromatherapy oils and fragrances to build up your self-esteem for a better night of sleep. 

Whoever thought that dried flowers could enhance someone’s self-esteem? Dried flowers are great, since it helps you to relax from a long, hard stressful day.   Placing bowls in the bedroom and bathroom will help you relax better to give you a good restful sleep. By sleeping better, you’ll be able to sleep better to make better decision and relieve stress to enhance your self-esteem.

 

You can also put pried flower in a potpourri cooker at a little oil of the same fragrance and let it simmer before going to bed or taking a bath. By letting it simmer, the smell will drift further around you to let you smell at a further distance away.

Some people put the potpourri of dried flowers and oil in their bedrooms before taking their night bath.  In the bathroom, they use the same fragrance to soak in giving them a double dose by being in both rooms. You will feel so good when you go to bed in those nice fresh sheets that dried outside in the fresh air after taking a soak in the tub.  Self-esteem really goes up when you fall into bed happy and relaxed.
