For example, do you fail to exercise? If you do this excessively you will in time, find yourself battling more than poor self-esteem. Rather you will put finding solutions to health problems that emerge from failure to exercise the muscles, joints, etc.

Stress reduction – to achieve self-worth you need to get rid of some of the stress that mounts up to anxiety, depression, worry, pain and so on. The tools you need are exercise, diet, time management, goals, plans, relaxation, and so on.

To relieve stress you may want to consider leisure time. Leisure is the time you take hold of that promotes spare time. Take a vacation. If you cannot afford a vacation then take a vacation from your stress. Give your mind and body the freedom it needs to relax. Enjoy some spare time with your favorite recreation.

Recreation – recreation could be a hobby you enjoy. Find something that interest you and spend time enjoying it. Find something that you can do to exercise both the body and mind, such as exercise or sports. Reform your mind by taking this pastime and using it to your advantage. Enjoy something entertaining.

Entertainment – entertainment is activities that you can enjoy. You need to acquire a pursuit desire to enjoy hobbies, leisure time, and so on. Remove any distractions or diversions so that you enjoy the full benefits of stress reduction. You need repose.
Repose – your body and mind expects rest and relaxation. When your mind and body receives what it needs you, self-esteem will improve. Take time to recline once each day. Find your tranquility and peace by achieving recuperative sleep, calmness and so on. Lounge a bit to relax. You need balance.

Balance – balance is your equilibrium. Balance is the key to succeeding at anything you put your mind to. Sense of balance will give you poise, stability and you will see a need to work steadfast toward your goals.

To achieve balance you need a weighing scale to maintain equilibrium. Keep upright and move toward your goals by setting reminders. Use a surplus of tools and techniques for enhancing self-esteem.
