Long term stress can result long term physical and mental problems as time wears on These can range from anxiety and depression, leading to social isolation. At this stage, it’s worth getting some help to learn some coping strategies for the stress.Â
I myself have just booked into see a psychologist to help me with my stess induced migraines - to learn new coping mechanisms.   Hopefully this will help the adrenal problems I’ve been having as well!
