These days, to get your business to the next level, you really need to give good feedback to your employees.

I’ve run a team of software programmers (mostly young guys) and they are often resistant to hearing feedback on their interactions with other employees.  This is where 360 degree feedback comes in.  This feedback system allows people to have their say about their co-workers, and in such a way that it means more to an employee than hearing it back from the boss in a formal review scenario.

Because the feedback is anonymous people feel that they can be more honest and the individual is more likely to take the feedback on board if it comes from a range of people that they know and trust.
