Stunning jewelery….
Ok, I just came across a press release for the most stunning Native American Jewelry at http://www.sponsoredreviews.com/. (Yes this is a sponsored review – although reviewing a jewelry site is hardly work
) The jewelry is available via the http://www.nativeartistry.com/ website. Just gorgeous!
The have some absolutely spectacular items.. particulary some of the jewelry made of turquoise. Turquoise is one of the oldest protection amulets, and was also known as a symbol of wealth in many ancient cultures.Â
If given a turquoise by a loving friend, that stone would protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. The turquoise is the symbol of friendship. It also brings peace to the home. This stone is a very personal and meaningful stone to one who wears it. Turquoise takes on the characteristics of the owner.
Some of my picks on this site include:
Sterling Silver & Turquoise Shadow Box Bear Claw Bolo Tie
I know this is probably meant for a man, but I can really see it worn as a lariat with a simple black dress. It has been crafted with traditional designs, making it a distinctive piece of southwestern art. Each piece is hand made by Native American Indians in the Four Corners region, where AZ,CO, NM and UT intersect. According to the description it ”features a stunning hand cut turquoise stone. It is polished to highlight its natural blue-green shades and dazzling matrix. The turquoise is set in a powerful bear claw shadow box design. Shadow box is a technique where the top layer of silver is cut out with the shape cut into it, then soldered to a bottom layer of silver.”
I’d probably team it with these stunning “snake” earrings.. they are heave enough to not look silly close to the necklace, but are simple enough not to detract from it. These are currently on sale for $16! BARGAIN! You can find them on the site here: Native American Snake Style Silver Earrings As the site says: Simple, but eye catching!
Lastly, I really like the look of their Zuni Stone Inlay & Sterling Silver Bracelet, set with a number of stones including turquoise and lapis.Â
You really can’t go wrong with the fabulous jewelry on this site. It would make a wonderful and unforgettable gift, even if you are like me and just keep buying gifts for yourself!Â
