Ok, I just came across a press release for the most stunning Native American Jewelry at http://www.sponsoredreviews.com/.  (Yes this is a sponsored review – although reviewing a jewelry site is hardly work )  The jewelry is available via the http://www.nativeartistry.com/ website.  Just gorgeous!

The have some absolutely spectacular items.. particulary some of the jewelry made of turquoise. Turquoise is one of the oldest protection amulets, and was also known as a symbol of wealth in many ancient cultures.

I know this is probably meant for a man, but I can really see it worn as a lariat with a simple black dress.  It has been crafted with traditional designs, making it a distinctive piece of southwestern art. Each piece is hand made by Native American Indians in the Four Corners region, where AZ,CO, NM and UT intersect.  According to the description it ”features a stunning hand cut turquoise stone.
