Get Insured!!

Author: In this day and age, you take huge risks if you are not properly insured.
Take life insurance. Many people feel that the life insurance that comes along with their 401k or Superannuation plan is adequate, however I looked at my own policy the other day and noticed just how inadequate it was! It would certainly not be enough to live on if I became permanently disabled.
One of my aquaintances says he “self insures” his car because he does not want to pay for the insurance. I really reacon he is living on the edge doing this. It’s just crazy! You need to not just think of yourself, but the other people you may collide with – to drive without auto insurance is simply irresponsible!
And lastly homeowners insurance. Without this, the posessions of a lifetime are at risk.  I once had an item stolen from my house that belonged to somebody else. We didn’t have insurance and I had to pay for an (expensive) replacement myself. I won’t be making that mistake again!
Being fully insured gives you a huge sense of security that you can’t get any other way. Insurance means you can breathe easy and sleep at night – knowing you are looked after, come what may!
