Budgeting.

Just the word makes my skin crawl.  I hate it.  My husband hates it.  But unfortunately we are going to need to do it.  His exWife has put her hand out yet again for more stuff for the kids.  I love the kids, but I can’t let his guilty-dad-syndrome get the better of our finances.  So, last night I put together a budget.  A b.u.d.g.e.t.  This is a seriously non-Brigid thing to do.  I must be getting old.. or something.  Let’s face it, budgeting is not cool.

The problem is, not having enough $$ to pay the bills is seriously not cool.It will be very interesting to see if we stick to this!
